  I brought my daughter in for a strep test as a walk-in and waited 2 hours before being informed that the medical professional was going to lunch. There was only one person there and while I can appreciate that scheduled appointments get priority, it didn't seem like they bled the walk-ins in at all. They apparently allow 25 minutes per appontment yet schedule every 30 minutes...so when do you accomodate the walk-ins? Don't advertise yourself as a walk-in clinic if you don't accomodate them. I work in the urgent care industry and this clinic is poorly run. After I ended up walking out, I took my daughter to the Minute Clinic at Target in South Elgin and had a very positive experience.
