  I have been an allergy suffer for more than 20 years and have received shots for my condition. I recently moved back here from Arizona because my allergies were even worse there- migraines, fevers, rashes, etc. I had an allergy test done at the St. Chales location and it showed negative for everything but hay fever and dogs. Are you kidding me? I then went to a life saving ENT that gave me a life saving diagnosis because of my allergies. I have since gone to a different allergist that has given me a proper diagnosis and couldn't be happier. As for their medical coding it is down right criminal. I called and asked to have it recoded and submitted and a woman named Amanda had the gull to argue with me about it being accepted by my insurance- did I happen to mention Amanda didn't even work in the billing and coding department. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Buyer beware, if you want to be taken to the cleaners then I would find a cleaner that can actually remove a condition than create a bigger one. If I could give 0 star rating I would have! By the way the billing department did call back and had a message from Amanda that I was upset about a 'new patient fee' this couldn't have been farther from the truth. Not in a million would I go back! They tried to rob me blind and give me an improper diagnosis. Never, ever again. Don't go the this practice ever. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company as well.
