  Worst salon experience, EVER! When a client comes in and gets sat down at a chair full of the previous client's hair, that is an immediate red flag. And thanks for putting your Big Gulp on your station for me to stare at. And also, thanks for applying my color incorrectly and getting it ALL over the left side of my face after I told you about my lunch plans I have after my appointment. The huge streak across my face looked awesome. 'Well hunny, we are busy' good for you, no excuse to treat me like a damn mannequin head. I suppose my stylist completely ignored me when I mentioned, I STUDIED COSMETOLOGY TOO! This place should be shut down...doesn't follow Ilinois law, filthy, and horrible service.
