  I would not hire these people to floor my shed. Family Flooring America was hired by State Farm to repair the flooring after water damage. The salesman has tried to help us but every other person we have been in contact with as been indifferent at best and in my opinion just incompetent. They told us to call the day before delivery for an estimated time of arrival. I called and was told the driver would call me in the morning to advise the ETA. I called back three more times during the morning and was told each time the driver would call. At 11:00 AM I was told the driver had just left their facility to pick up the material. He didn’t arrive until after 1:00 PM.
  Installation: The finish on the floor and color was what we wanted. However, the installers left a footprint in the clear coat finish in one area where a workman had walked on the wet floor. Then in another area was a dried puddle of finish that they did not spread out.
  Repair: The installer returned after my complaint of poor workmanship. He sanded down the area and applied a new finish on those two areas. After the floor dried I could see that he used a flat finish instead of the semi-gloss that is on the rest of the floor. Now instead of a footprint and a dried puddle I have two areas where it looks like the finish is just gone.
  They have offered to take another shot at a repair. However, I just don't know if I want these people back in my home.
