  The company is so desperate to sell their insurance, they are looking at resumes online, calling people to claim they applied to their company, having them come in for an interview for their target job and when you arrive it is bait and switch. The typical room full of people is there they want to recruit to spend their own money to do sales for them, claiming they will make a lot of money on commission of their sales. They have stooped to a new low of unethical, wasting many people's time and money to take advantage of people looking for work. They even use the credit union's name they are in the building with and at the end of scheduling the interview say only part of their name so a person will be unaware it is an insurance company and when I asked if it was part of the credit union (types of jobs I am applying for) the person said yes. As a physically disabled person, this cost me a great amount of hardship and set me back during a time of difficulty. This is an unethical practice and the credit unions name should never be used to fool people to make their half day long speech to which I did not stay for as soon as I leaned there was no such position title they called me in for.
