  I had switched from another cleaner in Geneva and these guys were recommended. The cleaning was good and price was average. When I got a pair of my slacks back, they were 1 in short and 1 inch short around the waist. I have a pair of pants, exactly like this, so I didn't grow over night vertically and horizontally. When I NICELY inquired about how we could resolve this I was met with a defensive stance and an explanation on how this couldn't happen or everyone's pants would be short. Then the women at the Geneva location proceeded to rip off the steps it would take and the multiple emails with Dave Mulberry to resolve it. Nice warm feeling on this one. I asked to have my bag of clothes back. Now I am on the phone, waiting for Dave and they put me on hold....15min and counting. Dave, get a new employee at your Geneva location. She talks shit about your other customers. Wrong person on the bus. I will be taking my clothes to Price One cleaners. Low prices and hopefully they will have better customer service.
