  The person that was coming out to give me an estimate showed up about 30-40 minutes late, however, she did call to inform me of that. She did her thing - took measurements, asked me what I was looking for, etc...then never heard from anyone again. She told me she should have a quote to me the following week. After 2 weeks I called in and talked to the receptionist who informed me that either she or the lady that came out would call me back that day. They finally did. At 5 minutes to 5pm. She then told me they didn't want to give me a quote.
  
  They basically wasted my time. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this company.
