  If you wouldn’t store it outside, don’t store it here. I have had 3 storage lockers at this location and every single one has leaked through the roof. I don’t just mean condensation (which there is plenty of), I mean dripping leaks. So maybe you don’t care about water damage- how about getting in and out of your locker? As with many other maintenance issues, 2 of the 4 doors for my lockers (one locker has two doors) have problems which make them require serious manhandling to close. Still fine with it? If you want your stuff secure, this location has no security cameras (not even one), a wooded back lot open to the property, places where the fence has been pulled away, and most importantly, at least one of the three gates has been left locked open every single time I have been there (daily) for weeks (including after regular hours). The only nice thing about this place is that the people are friendly, but honestly, I don’t care how friendly you are if the product I’m paying for is little better than leaving the stuff in my yard. Side note- that storage insurance they force you into buying is probably not actually something you need to buy. Your homeowners or renters insurance probably covers it already for cheaper.
