  I have been to numerous sushi bars throughout the world, including some major cities, such as Tokyo, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, etc. I am visiting St. Charles on business, and I would have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Sushi Diva. I ordered the 9 piece sashimi dinner, and found that the selection of the fish, the freshness, flavor and presentation was very good. They also give you generous portions, including soup, salad and desert! They have been open for only a month, so there were not a lot of customers, however, do not let this deter you from trying this restaurant. The restaurant appeared to be clean and the service was very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would not hesitate to return.
