  Unprofessional. I'm there at 8:30 as the website indicates is the opening hour. A young man shows up at 9:01 and sees 3 of us waiting outside and quickly says it's going to be 20 mins before the computers are up and running with an attitude like why are we here and we should know this information in advance. It's very poor customer service to open at 9am and then have customers wait 20 more minutes to get service. If it takes 20 minutes to start up, UPS should have their employees there 30 minutes earlier so they are up and running and prepared to offer excellent service. Soooo disappointed. On 4/16/2016 in Saint Charles, Illinois.

  Good if you need to drop off an Amazon return, but they seem to have some problems with customer service.
  I needed to get something notarized, which is something they advertise. When I asked about it I was told with a grumble, "no, I don't know anything about that."
  I glanced around and pointed out a sign just above saying "Notary."
  "I don't know, my boss never said anything about that."
  Frustrating, yet kind of hilarious. Maybe there isn't always a notary on duty; that would make sense. But shouldn't the employees know that and be able to talk about it?
  I'm not trying to call out the employee. He seemed frustrated about it. It seems like a talking point that should be touched on in the training process. Maybe go through each service on the sign at least.
