  They did it again, I received my replacement phone from Asurion and went in yesterday and Morgan was great!! She got me set up to a point, because I needed to leave to be somewhere! Thanks again Morgan. And, today I went back in to the get the transfer over completed and Justin was also phenomenal! He got everything retrieved and switched over to my new phone! If you haven't tried Verizon, they are amazing and this location has awesome, informed people and amazing customer service!! Thank you Justin and Morgan! I'm good to go!!!! :)
